Return & Refund Policy

At Book Stand, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@book-stand.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24โ€“48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the RA number to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions.

โš ๏ธ Returns sent without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Book Stand covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • All other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@book-stand.com.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@book-stand.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, and Book Stand will cover all return shipping costs in such cases.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@book-stand.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled โ€” you will need to follow the return process above.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
