At Book Stand, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@book-stand.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging with the RA number attached to the outside.
- Ship to the address provided. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/incorrect items: Book Stand covers return shipping and provides a prepaid label.
- All other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately at contact@book-stand.com with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or full refund, and cover all return shipping.
8. Order Cancellations
Cancel free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, follow the return process above.
