1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time (Los Angeles Time – PST) will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — please provide a valid physical delivery address.
3. Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 8–15 business days for delivery. Total delivery time from the moment of purchase is typically 9–17 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, or peak shipping periods. These delays are outside our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@book-stand.com. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost or there is no update for more than 5 business days, contact us at contact@book-stand.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
